EH0540 NPT VO Base is now formulated as a press-ready non-phthalate plastisol base for mixing colors using C3 NPT Color Boosters.
For printing on 100% Cotton or over a NPT low bleed underlay when printing on poly/cotton blends.
If purchasing 30 Gallon Drum, you must have loading dock.
