Characteristics
The Stahls' Hotronix® 360 IQ® Hat Heat Press is a professional cap decorating system engineered to handle a wide variety of hat styles, sizes, transfers, patches, and dimensional graphics. Its patented Dual Silicone Platen™ conforms to the shape of the cap and graphic, helping distribute pressure evenly while reducing creasing, press marks, and scorching.
Unlike traditional cap presses, the 360 IQ features independently controlled upper and lower heated platens. Bottom heat helps activate adhesives from underneath the cap, making the press especially effective for dimensional emblems, embroidered patches, leather patches, and other thicker heat-applied graphics. The upper temperature can be adjusted separately to help protect heat-sensitive cap materials.
Its universal, one-size-fits-all platen allows operators to move between different cap styles and sizes without continually changing platens. The specialized design also allows decoration on the front, sides, and back of a hat, expanding the number of locations available for customization.
Built-in Hotronix® IQ® technology provides digital time, temperature, and pressure readouts while supporting programmable job settings and cloud-based tracking of machine and operator productivity. An automatic opening mechanism helps prevent over-application while allowing operators to perform other production tasks during the pressing cycle.
