The General Formulations GF Concept 201 Matte White Vinyl 54" x 150' is a professional wide-format printable vinyl designed for general signage, decals, point-of-purchase displays, and a wide range of interior and exterior graphics applications.
GF 201 is constructed from a 3.4 mil polymeric matte white calendered vinyl that provides a smooth, low-gloss printable surface. The matte white finish creates an excellent foundation for producing colorful graphics, lettering, logos, promotional displays, and other printed applications where a clean professional appearance is desired.
The vinyl is coated with a clear permanent acrylic pressure-sensitive adhesive designed to develop a strong permanent bond to a variety of common substrates used in graphics and signage applications. The clear adhesive makes GF 201 particularly versatile for applications where a gray or colored adhesive is unnecessary.
GF 201 is engineered for excellent compatibility with today's wide-format printing technologies. It accepts solvent, eco-solvent, latex, and UV-curable digital inks, allowing the same media to be used across a broad range of compatible production printers. It can also be used with compatible screen printing and UV-curable offset processes.
A 90# white, two-sided PE-coated kraft layflat release liner helps the material remain flat during printing, handling, cutting, and application. Its layflat characteristics are especially useful when producing larger graphics where media stability can help improve workflow and ease of application.
With up to 5 years of expected outdoor durability, GF 201 is suitable for both interior and exterior graphics.
