- Allow the vinyl to acclimate to the production environment before printing or application when moving it between significantly different temperatures.
- Ensure the substrate is clean, dry, and free from dust, grease, wax, oil, silicone, and other contaminants before application.
- Apply GF 203 at temperatures above the manufacturer's minimum recommended application temperature of 40°F.
- For best adhesion, apply to compatible smooth, properly prepared surfaces.
- Use appropriate printer profiles and settings for the specific printer and ink technology being used.
- Allow printed graphics to dry, cure, or outgas as required by the ink and printer manufacturer before finishing or installation.
- Avoid stretching the vinyl excessively during installation.
- Use a suitable squeegee or application tool to apply consistent pressure and promote proper adhesive contact.

- Store unused material in a clean, dry environment at approximately 70°F and 50% relative humidity when possible.
