Characteristics
Siser Brick Royal 20" x YD – 1000 Microns is a specialty heat transfer vinyl engineered for decorators who want to add noticeable thickness and dimension to apparel. At 1000 microns thick, Brick creates a substantial raised appearance that helps logos, lettering, numbers, and smaller graphics stand out from the garment surface.
Despite its extra-thick construction, Siser Brick remains flexible and is designed to cut and weed efficiently. Its polyurethane composition and glossy finish make it especially useful for bold designs where standard thin HTV does not provide enough visual depth.
The material is suitable for 100% cotton, 100% polyester, and poly/cotton blends. Brick 1000 uses a non-adhesive polyester carrier and is applied using a cold-peel process. It is not recommended for treated or dye-sublimated textiles.
Brick 1000 can be used in multilayer designs when positioned only as the top layer. Its substantial 1 mm thickness makes it particularly well suited for compact graphics where a pronounced three-dimensional appearance is desired.

- Position the cut and weeded design on the garment before pressing.
- Cover the design with a heat-transfer cover sheet or multipurpose paper during application.
- Allow the material to cool before removing the polyester carrier.
- Application settings can vary by equipment and garment. Verify settings before beginning production.
- Use a 60° blade when cutting Brick 1000 to accommodate its substantial thickness.
- Always perform a test cut before production and adjust blade exposure and cutting pressure as necessary.
- Use Brick for designs where physical depth and a pronounced dimensional appearance are desired.
- Especially well suited for bold lettering, numbers, emblems, and compact logos.
- When creating multilayer graphics, use Brick only as the top layer.
- Avoid application to treated or dye-sublimated textiles.
- Test unfamiliar fabrics and garments before beginning a full production run.
- Always follow the recommended application settings for the specific garment and heat press being used.
- Wait at least 24 hours after application before the first wash.
- Machine wash cold using mild detergent.
- Use a normal dryer setting.
- Do not bleach.
- Do not dry clean.
- Liquid fabric softener is not recommended.
