Washout Booth Plus 48" x 48" x 24"
Heavy-duty polypropylene screen printing washout booth featuring a spacious 48" x 48" work area, variable LED lighting, removable drain grate, raised floor, chemical shelf, pressure-washer holder, and reinforced legs for professional screen developing and reclaiming.
Characteristics
The Washout Booth Plus 48" x 48" x 24" provides screen printing shops with a durable, well-equipped workstation for screen developing, washing, cleaning, and reclaiming operations.
Constructed from stain-resistant polypropylene, the booth is designed to withstand the wet, chemical-intensive conditions commonly found in professional screen rooms. Its solvent-resistant construction provides a durable work surface for routine screen processing while helping contain water, overspray, ink residue, emulsion, and reclaiming chemicals.
The generous 48" x 48" working area with a 24" depth provides ample room for handling screen printing frames during washout and reclaiming. Despite its substantial work area, the booth is designed to fit through a standard 32" doorway, helping simplify installation in existing production facilities and screen rooms.
A raised floor keeps screen frames elevated above accumulated solvent and runoff during cleaning. The Plus model also incorporates a removable drain grate, making the lower portion of the booth more accessible for routine cleaning and maintenance.
An integrated brush and chemical shelf provides convenient storage for frequently used screen-room supplies. Brushes, emulsion removers, ink degradents, stain removers, degreasers, and other compatible chemicals can be kept within easy reach of the operator.
For shops using high-pressure cleaning equipment, the booth includes a dedicated pressure-washer holder, helping keep equipment organized and accessible while maintaining a more efficient screen reclaiming workspace.
The Washout Booth Plus also features heavy-duty legs that provide a strong support structure for the booth during regular production use.
Visibility is enhanced by a center-mounted LED light kit positioned at the rear of the booth. The Plus model adds variable lighting, allowing operators to adjust illumination for improved visibility while developing screens, inspecting image areas, checking mesh openings, and identifying remaining ink or emulsion residue.
The booth is also vent ready, allowing it to be incorporated into an appropriate ventilation setup based on the shop's screen-room configuration and chemical processes.
With its chemical-resistant polypropylene construction and upgraded features, the Washout Booth Plus provides a practical step up from a basic washout booth for professional shops that want improved lighting, drainage access, equipment organization, and structural support in their screen reclaiming area.
