CCI GB-2000 Haze Remover is a professional paste ghost and image stain remover formulated to clean stubborn ink stains and haze from screen printing mesh. Designed for use with all ink systems, GB-2000 combines water-based alkaline cleaners with solvent-active detergents to penetrate and remove difficult stains left behind during the screen reclaiming process.
Its creamy paste consistency makes the product easy to apply and work into stained areas of the screen. GB-2000 is especially useful for screens with multiple or deep image stains where additional cleaning power is needed to restore the mesh for future production.
The fast-acting formulation helps reduce reclaiming time and improve screen turnaround. GB-2000 also features a high load capacity designed to reduce chemical usage while maintaining effective cleaning performance.
GB-2000 is low odor, low VOC, non-flammable, mesh safe, and contains CCI's proprietary mesh protector. For maximum performance, CCI recommends using a high-pressure washer after the product has been allowed to work on the screen.
For safer removal, CCI recommends flood rinsing the screen with normal hose pressure before high-pressure washing. This helps remove the bulk of the chemical and reduces atomization and blowback during the high-pressure rinse.

- Apply GB-2000 to both sides of the screen.
- Scrub the screen using a non-abrasive pad or brush.
- Allow GB-2000 to dwell on the screen for up to 10 minutes.
- Flood rinse the screen using normal hose pressure before using a pressure washer. This helps reduce chemical atomization and blowback.
- High-pressure rinse the screen, starting at the bottom and working upward.
- CCI recommends using a high-pressure washer for improved product performance.
