- Apply a thin, even coat across the pallet surface using a card, spreader, or roller for the best balance of holding power and garment release.
- Allow the adhesive to become tacky before loading garments onto the pallet.
- Refresh tack during long production runs by lightly wiping the pallet with a damp sponge if appropriate, or reapply as needed.
- Clean pallets regularly with water or an approved pallet adhesive remover to prevent adhesive buildup.
- Store containers above freezing temperatures, as the product is not freeze/thaw stable.
- Keep the container tightly sealed when not in use to help maintain adhesive performance.
