Chromaline LTS 8012 Laser to Screen Exposure Unit
High-efficiency laser-to-screen exposure system designed for direct CTS imaging, film-free screen production, and high-resolution stencil exposure.
Characteristics
The Chromaline LTS 8012 Laser to Screen Exposure Unit is a self-contained direct laser computer-to-screen imaging and exposure system designed for professional screen printing production. Built to eliminate film positives, vacuum frames, and traditional exposure steps, the LTS 8012 images and exposes screens directly using high-resolution laser technology.
Designed for larger-format production, the LTS 8012 can image and expose one screen up to 45" x 66" or two screens up to 25" x 36" simultaneously. Its 128-laser imaging array delivers resolutions up to 2540 DPI, making it ideal for fine detail, halftones, line work, and demanding stencil applications while improving workflow efficiency and consistency.
