Chromaline LTS 6012 Laser to Screen Exposure Unit
High-resolution laser-to-screen auto exposure unit designed for film-free CTS imaging, fast screen production, and consistent exposure quality.
Characteristics
The Chromaline LTS 6012 Laser-to-Screen Exposure Unit is a self-contained direct laser imaging and exposure system designed to streamline screen making by eliminating film positives, vacuum drawdown, and glass contact during exposure. Built for production screen rooms, the LTS 6012 images and exposes screens directly from digital 1-bit TIFF files for improved registration accuracy, repeatability, and workflow efficiency.
Featuring a vertical glassless design, integrated safety shutter, and a 96-laser array capable of producing up to 2540 DPI, the LTS 6012 delivers exceptional image quality for demanding screen printing applications. The system can expose one large screen up to 41.3" x 63" or two standard 23" x 31" screens simultaneously, helping shops increase productivity while reducing consumable costs associated with traditional film workflows.
