UltraMix® 7500 Series Pantone® Color System consists of 19 non-phthalate, high performance colors, formulated for ultra high speed wet-on-wet automatic printing.

Features

• Mix standard or custom Pantone® colors using International Coatings’ UltraMix® color-matching software (online or desktop).
• Ideal for fine detail and halftone printing with higher mesh counts.
• Spot dries quickly with very low after-flash tack; final curing must be done in the dryer to ensure proper inter-coat adhesion.
• Best color accuracy requires using the specified system primaries only.
• Colors vary in opacity and reproduce best on white or light garments; lighting conditions may affect color appearance.
• Use an underbase when printing on dark fabrics for optimal color and consistency.
• Avoid excessive reducers or additives, as they can impact curing and dye migration.
• Always test dryer settings and wash durability before and during production.

• Fabrics: 100% cotton, 50/50 cotton/poly blends
• Mesh: 110–305 t/in (43–120 t/cm)
• Squeegee: 65–70 durometer, sharp edge
• Storage: 65–90°F (18–32°C), sealed containers, no direct sunlight
