The Cavazzuti DIDO 3 Drawer Dryer 230V is a compact forced hot air drying system engineered for decorators who need professional curing performance without the footprint of a traditional conveyor dryer. Designed by Chiossi & Cavazzuti, the DIDO utilizes three independently controlled drawers that provide consistent, even heat circulation for curing direct-to-garment (DTG), direct-to-film (DTF), water-based, plastisol, and other textile printing applications. Its unique vertical convection airflow helps maintain vibrant colors, soft hand, and excellent wash durability while reducing energy consumption compared to larger tunnel dryers.
Ideal for startup businesses, print shops, embroidery decorators adding DTG production, and specialty garment manufacturers, the DIDO offers exceptional flexibility with independent drawer timers, audible alarms, and an intuitive color touchscreen interface. Automatic scheduled startup, safe cooling cycles, and precise temperature adjustments help maximize production while minimizing operator downtime. The compact cabinet fits through standard doorways and operates on single-phase 230V power, making installation simple in virtually any production environment.
Capable of curing approximately 30 garments per hour with recommended dwell times of 5–6 minutes per drawer, the DIDO provides outstanding curing consistency across cotton, polyester blends, Lycra®, wool, silk, flocked garments, and other specialty textiles. Uniform hot air circulation, integrated exhaust ventilation, and a maintenance-friendly filtration system ensure dependable performance for years of production.
