CCI Microwash is a water-soluble ink degradent designed for effective removal of a wide variety of screen printing inks during reclaiming and cleaning processes.
MICROWASH is highly effective on plastisol, enamel, vinyl, mylar, epoxy, poster, UV, and multi-purpose solvent-based inks. It can be used manually or in recirculating screen cleaning systems for efficient ink removal.
This versatile screen cleaning product can also be diluted with water for use with plastisol and UV inks, helping reduce chemical usage while maintaining effective cleaning performance.

Usage Tips

- Card excessive ink from the screen before applying MICROWASH.
- Spray or manually apply product to the ink side of the screen.
- Agitate both sides of the screen using a non-abrasive brush or pad.
- Allow product to penetrate before rinsing thoroughly with high-pressure water.
- In recirculating systems, filter and reuse product until heavily contaminated with solids.
